Community Partners and Program Evaluation
The L.O.T. Initiative’s program success is measured and evaluated against the overall program objective of improving the understanding of effective leadership and its application. A secondary objective is a participants’ ability to demonstrate and implement practices of exemplary leadership associated with our core curriculum.
The results from our pre and post session instrumental findings also provide a window of understanding into the overall effectiveness of our programs. Follow-up assessments take place at six month and twelve month intervals (during program delivery) to assess participant responses to the training and to determine outcomes through statistical analysis of variance. This allows a greater understanding of effective program delivery.
While we believe the L.O.T. Initiative’s® (Leaders of Tomorrow) Mission and Vision are unique and vibrant, we also hold the belief that other organizations provide complimentary fits for our program objectives. For example, jointly addressing academic excellence, literacy, empowerment, mentoring, etc. creates a solid foundation for sustained growth in our youth and young adults on a generational basis.
The ability to increase overall program effectiveness is found in pooling our resources for greater outcomes. By pooling our organizational resources, the efforts of our respective partner organizations can be maximized exponentially. As a result, the number of youth, young adults and couples reached will be far greater than if we are working separately. Please see some of our existing partnerships listed below.
